Astronauts get taller in space as compared to on earth.
This is because of gravity.
When astronauts are on earth the gravity shrinks them, as it is earth attracting us toward itself by the gravitational force. This gravitational force keep’s the astronauts or any other person looking shorter. But in space, there is no gravitational force. So in space astronauts grow taller as compared to earth. And get back to their original height when they get to earth.
